Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of application issues and minimize downtime.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
- Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend improvements to optimize application support processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
- Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to track system health and performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with business process workflows and their integration within software applications.
- Excellent documentation skills to maintain clear records of incidents, solutions, and system changes.
