We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Executive to manage inventory records, monitor stock levels, coordinate with the purchase and dispatch teams, and ensure inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate should have good analytical skills, strong knowledge of inventory management, and proficiency in MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/software.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate inventory availability.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Verify inward and outward stock transactions.
- Conduct physical stock audits and cycle counts.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and take corrective actions.
- Generate inventory and stock movement reports.
- Maintain proper documentation for inventory transactions.
- Ensure proper storage and stock organization in the warehouse.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices where applicable.
- Support management with inventory analysis and planning.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations.
- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Basic Formulas).
- Experience with ERP/Inventory Management Software is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inventory/Stores/Warehouse operations is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent Excel skills are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
