Butler is responsible for delivering personalized, exceptional, and discreet service to guests, ensuring a memorable luxury hospitality experience. The role involves supervising Butler Associates, coordinating guest requests, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring seamless communication between departments to exceed guest expectations.
- Provide personalized and anticipatory service to all guests throughout their stay.
- Welcome VIPs and guests upon arrival and conduct villa/room orientations.
- Handle guest requests, preferences, and special arrangements efficiently.
- Coordinate airport transfers, luggage assistance, dining reservations, spa bookings, and special occasions.
- Ensure prompt resolution of guest complaints and follow up until complete guest satisfaction is achieved.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with guests.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
