Job Responsibilities:
* Source and screen candidates for IT and technical positions.
* Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
* Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlist relevant profiles.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
* Maintain candidate records and provide regular recruitment updates.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment is mandatory.
* Prior experience hiring for IT/Technical roles is required.
* Good understanding of IT technologies, technical job roles, and hiring processes.
* Strong communication and candidate screening skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet hiring timelines.
* Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
