We're Hiring "E Commerce Accounts Manager"
Preferred Industry : E Commerce (Flipkart , Ajio , Myntra)
Qualification : B.com , M.com , MBA (Finance) or CA Inter
Experience : 5 - 7 Years
Salary : 12 LPA - 15 LPA
Location : Uppal , Hyderabad
Day Shifts , 6 Days Working
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle daily accounting operations for e-commerce business.
- Manage marketplace reconciliations for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.
- Verify sales, returns, refunds, commissions, and settlement reports.
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward transactions.
- Track payment settlements from online portals.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock reconciliation.
- Handle GST calculations, filing support, TDS, and invoice verification.
- Monitor debit notes, claim settlements, and marketplace deductions.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales reports, and profitability analysis.
- Ensure proper accounting entries in ERP/Tally software.
- Coordinate with auditors and support during audits.
- Follow up with marketplaces regarding payment discrepancies and claims.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledger accounts.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
