We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the hospital. The candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, billing control, taxation, audits, MIS reporting, revenue monitoring, and ensuring compliance with healthcare financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily hospital finance and accounting operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor hospital revenue, expenses, and cash flow
- Handle budgeting and financial forecasting
- Supervise billing, insurance, TPA, and receivable management
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and statutory regulations
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Monitor vendor payments and procurement financials
- Maintain bank reconciliation and financial records
- Prepare MIS reports for management review
- Control operational costs and improve financial efficiency
- Coordinate with department heads regarding budgets and expenses
- Ensure accurate payroll coordination with HR department
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
- MBA Finance / M.Com / CA Inter preferred
- Strong knowledge of hospital accounting and healthcare finance
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in finance/accounts
- Minimum 2–3 years in hospital or healthcare industry preferred
Required Skills
- Knowledge of hospital billing and TPA process
- GST, TDS, PF, ESIC compliance knowledge
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good leadership and team management
- Knowledge of Tally, ERP, MS Excel, and hospital software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Salary
As per industry standards and experience.
Working Hours
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
