We are seeking a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to join the creative team at our event management company. This role focuses on designing visually compelling creatives that bring weddings, corporate events, luxury celebrations, and brand campaigns to life.
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating high-quality visual designs for both digital and print platforms. Your work will play a key role in enhancing our clients' brand identity and delivering memorable event experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative concepts for weddings, corporate events, luxury celebrations, and brand campaigns.
- Create invitation cards, welcome boards, standees, backdrops, stage branding, event collaterals, and venue signage.
- Design engaging social media posts, reels thumbnails, banners, brochures, presentations, and promotional creatives.
- Develop branding materials, marketing collaterals, and digital assets in line with client requirements.
- Create visually appealing layouts, illustrations, and artwork while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the creative, event, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
- Coordinate with production vendors to ensure accurate print outputs and timely delivery.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, typography, color theory, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Prior experience in the event management, wedding, advertising, or branding industry will be preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, event creatives, social media designs, print materials, and marketing collaterals.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW (preferred), and other relevant design software.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, print production, and branding principles.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Canva will be an added advantage.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Interview Process
First Round: Telephonic Interview
Second Round: In-person Interview with the Creative Head
✅ Note: Candidates must bring their laptop along with their design portfolio for a live design task during the interview.
Preferred Candidates
Candidates residing in or near Saket, Malviya Nagar, Chhatarpur, Sultanpur, Vasant Kunj, or other nearby South Delhi locations will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
