Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to manage a team of sales professionals, drive revenue growth, and ensure successful lead conversion for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives/consultants
- Drive team sales targets and ensure revenue achievement
- Support team members in lead conversion and deal closures
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Monitor daily team performance and maintain sales reports
- Coordinate with pre-sales and marketing teams for lead management
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and conversions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams
Key Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Good knowledge of real estate sales process
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage high-pressure sales environment
Experience Required:
- 5–6+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience
- Only candidates from Real Estate industry will be considered
