Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager to manage and oversee all HR and administrative functions within our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily business functions, managing labor resources, and introducing innovative strategies for sourcing and workforce efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration & Operations: Manage daily administrative tasks, ensure compliance with regulations, and oversee workforce management to ensure operational efficiency.
- Labor & Staff Management: Address employee grievances and issues, ensure smooth factory operations, and optimize workforce performance.
- Innovative Sourcing: Bring fresh, innovative ideas to improve sourcing strategies, streamline processes, and enhance cost efficiency across the business.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture and implement HR policies that align with company goals and values.
· HR Management: Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
· Administrative Oversight: Manage office operations, maintain records, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
· Operational Support: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and cost-effective resource management.
· Strategies: Drive the development and implementation of processes to improve workforce efficiency and sourcing strategies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7*+ years of experience* in HR and Administration, preferably in a manufacturing or apparel industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage operations and improve efficiency across administrative and HR functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and implement innovative sourcing solutions.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Skills in Personnel Management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus
