Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketer with 0 to 3 years of hands-on experience to spearhead our online growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, primarily Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads. The role requires strong analytical skills, campaign management expertise, and a focus on maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Oversee content strategy across websites and blogs, ensuring all output is SEO-optimized and aligned with our brand voice.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting strategies.
- Manage social media handles, creating engaging campaigns that resonate with the global trading community.
- Track conversions and prepare performance reports.
- Analyze campaign data to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console; provide weekly data-driven insights to the management team.
- Collaborate with the creative team for ad copies, banners, and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Lead end-to-end SEO efforts, including technical audits, backlink building, and keyword research to maintain top rankings for high-competition trading keywords.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement SEO-friendly UI/UX changes on WordPress and custom C# backends.
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in PPC/Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Certification in Google Ads will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with YouTube Ads, Display Ads, and Shopping Campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Landing Page Optimization.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and audience segmentation.
