Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Photographer & Videographer to join our team. This role involves creating compelling visual content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and campaigns. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Photography: Capture high-quality, on-brand photos for our clients' digital and social media needs, including product photography, lifestyle shots, and behind-the-scenes.
- Videography: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content, including ads, promotional videos, reels, and brand stories.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute content that aligns with client objectives and brand identity.
- Post-Production: Perform basic editing, color grading, sound mixing, and add effects as needed to ensure high-quality output.
- Lighting & Equipment Setup: Set up lighting and camera equipment for both studio and location shoots, ensuring optimal settings and angles.
- Project Management: Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are up to standard.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members (designers, content writers, and account managers) to ensure cohesive project execution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in photography and videography (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera settings.
- Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing, photography, and videography.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular hours for special projects or events, if needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in digital marketing or agency work.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and creating content tailored to them (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
