Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes, processes, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- Experience with integration design and implementation using APIs and connectors.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration and configuration issues efficiently.
- Strong understanding of software as a service application lifecycle and release management.
- Knowledge of system compatibility considerations and performance optimization techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
