Job Role
Location: Jaipur
Experience Required: 2.5 To3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Zoho One Consultant who can handle end-to-end Zoho implementation, client discovery sessions, requirement gathering, and act as a primary point of contact (POC) for clients. The candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring, setting up, and optimizing Zoho applications based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client business requirements
- Gather and document functional requirements
- Configure and implement Zoho One application
- Customize workflows, automations, modules, layouts, and reports
- Handle client communication and act as a primary point of contact
- Provide implementation support and training to clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Ensure smooth onboarding and successful project delivery
- Maintain project documentation and implementation updates
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Zoho One implementation and setup
- Strong understanding of Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications
- Experience in workflow automation and process optimization
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to conduct requirement gathering and discovery sessions
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Basic understanding of integrations and APIs is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2.5 to 3 years of relevant experience in Zoho implementation/support
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
