About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing diamond and jewelry business. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for diamonds, jewelry, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and sales leads.
- Promote natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, rough diamonds, and jewelry.
- Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with the production and shipping teams.
- Assist with social media and online sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Experience in diamond, jewelry, gemstone, or sales industry preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
