Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with trainers, hiring managers, and candidates
- Conduct HR screening and initial communication with candidates
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
HR Operations
- Manage onboarding process for employees and trainers
- Prepare and release offer letters, onboarding documents, and joining formalities
- Handle employee resignation and exit process
- Maintain employee and trainer records
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR operations and follow-ups
- Organize employee engagement activities, birthday celebrations, and team coordination
Finance & Administration
- Maintain Excel sheets for candidate payments and company collections
- Track incoming payments received from candidates
- Prepare monthly profit & loss reports and share updates with company owners
- Maintain records of trainer payouts, salaries, and operational expenses
- Support basic finance coordination and reporting activities
Travel & Coordination
- Arrange hotel bookings and travel coordination for employees/trainers when required
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and operational activities across teams
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain records
- Professional communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT recruitment is an added advantage
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or IT industry hiring preferred
- Basic finance/account handling knowledge is a plus
Eligibility
- Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred
- Fresher to 2 years of experience can apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra
