You will engage with inquiries via calls, and counselling sessions guiding them from interest to successful enrolment. This role requires close coordination with branch offices and the admissions team to ensure a seamless experience for students across all touch points. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students and their families to recommend suitable educational programs and career options.
- Provide one-on-one counselling to help students make informed decisions about their academic and professional future.
- Manage the complete student journey from first inquiry to admission and on boarding.
- Convert leads into enrolments through effective follow-ups via phone, email, and messaging.
- Handle walk-in inquiries at branch locations and maintain a high walk-in to enrolment conversion rate.
- Coordinate closely with branch staff and internal admission teams for smooth student on boarding.
- Monitor and manage fee structures in compliance with institutional guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in internal systems.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly enrolment targets.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Empathetic, patient, and capable of connecting with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in counseling, advisory, or student support roles is an added advantage.
