Job Description
The global ocean team manages end-to-end (E2E) ocean and air freight operations, focusing on:

E2E Visibility & Booking Management: Ensuring smooth execution from forecast to booking and shipment confirmation.

Risk Mitigation & Operational Excellence: Addressing disruptions like port congestion and capacity constraints while driving process efficiency.

Carrier Performance & Invoice Monitoring: Managing carrier compliance, validating invoices, and reducing duplicate charges.

Ocean Transformation Program (Ocean 2.0): Automating processes from demand generation to execution, enabling data-driven decisions and no-touch booking-to-invoicing workflows.

Air Freight Control: Minimizing air freight leakage and optimizing air spot processes.

Sustainability Goals: Reducing carbon footprint through optimized routing and biofuel initiatives.
