ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior Executive – MIS is responsible for developing, maintaining, and automating management reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions that support business operations and leadership decision-making. The role requires strong expertise in data analysis, report generation, data validation, process automation, and stakeholder management to ensure timely and accurate business insights.
Reporting & Analytics

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports for business leaders and operational teams.

Develop and maintain dashboards using reporting and visualization tools.

Analyze operational, productivity, quality, attendance, and workforce metrics.

Generate incentive, productivity, utilization, and performance reports as per business requirements.

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reports.
Data Management

Extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources including databases, HRMS, WFM, QA, and operational systems.

Perform data reconciliation and root cause analysis for discrepancies.

Maintain data dictionaries, report documentation, and reporting standards.

Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Process Automation

Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.

Develop automated solutions using SQL, Excel VBA, Power Query, Python, or reporting tools where applicable.

Reduce report turnaround time through process improvements and automation initiatives.

Collaborate with technology teams for data integration and workflow enhancements.
Stakeholder Management
-
Work closely with Operations, HR, Finance, Quality, WFM, and Leadership teams to gather reporting requirements.

Provide timely responses to reporting and data requests.

Present analytical findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Support business reviews by providing relevant insights and trend analysis.
Performance Monitoring

Track key business KPIs and highlight risks, trends, and opportunities.

Monitor SLA adherence and operational performance metrics.

Support monthly and quarterly business review meetings with analytical insights.
Education
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
-
3 to 6 years of experience in MIS, Business Analytics, Reporting, or Data Analysis.
Technical Skills
-
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas).

Strong SQL knowledge.

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.

Knowledge of automation tools such as VBA, Python, or RPA is preferred.

Familiarity with databases and data warehousing concepts.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
