We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Game Jockey (GJ) & Event Host to lead activities, host events, and entertain guests at our resort, adventure park, and corporate outing venues. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, stage presence, and a passion for guest engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Hosting & MC Duties
- Host corporate events, annual days, retreats, and special occasions.
- Deliver opening announcements and stage presentations.
- Manage event flow, schedules, and transitions.
- Conduct award ceremonies and guest recognition programs.
- Host birthday parties, family gatherings, and group events.
Games & Activity Facilitation
- Lead team-building activities, ice-breakers, and group challenges.
- Facilitate games for families, children, and corporate groups.
- Encourage participation and maintain high energy levels.
- Manage groups ranging from 20 to 1,000+ participants.
- Create and introduce new game concepts and engagement activities.
Guest Engagement
- Ensure guests have a fun, safe, and memorable experience.
- Build rapport with participants and maintain crowd enthusiasm.
- Handle unexpected situations confidently and professionally.
Required Skills
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
- Strong stage presence and confidence.
- Event hosting and Master of Ceremonies (MC) experience preferred.
- Crowd management and audience engagement abilities.
- Team-building facilitation skills.
- Quick thinking, improvisation, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and event schedules.
- Multilingual proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an Event Host, MC, RJ, Anchor, Activity Coordinator, Entertainer, or Team-Building Facilitator.
- Background in hospitality, entertainment, tourism, recreation, or event management.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and hosting talent are encouraged to apply.
