The Minerva Defence Institute is inviting applications for the position of General Studies (GS) Faculty for NDA coaching. We are looking for experienced and dedicated educators capable of delivering high-quality instruction to defence aspirants preparing for the NDA examination.
Job Profile & Responsibilities
- Deliver concept-based lectures for General Studies (NDA syllabus)
- Teach core subjects including:
- History
- Geography
- Polity
- Economics
- Current Affairs
- Basic General Science
- Prepare study materials, notes, assignments, and test papers
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and monitor student performance
- Guide and mentor students while maintaining classroom discipline
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any relevant discipline (Arts/Science/Social Science preferred)
- Experience: Prior experience in NDA / defence or competitive exam coaching preferred
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Dehradun will be given preference
Required Skills
- Strong command over General Studies subjects
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and effective manner
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to mentor and motivate defence aspirants
