Job Opening: Junior Architect / Architectural BIM Modeler (Revit)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Professional with at least one year of hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit. The candidate will be involved in preparing architectural drawings, BIM models, construction documentation, and coordinating with the design team on residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentation.
- Produce plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Assist senior architects in design development and project execution.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and project standards.
- Maintain project documentation and update revisions as required.
- Participate in site visits and incorporate site observations into drawings when necessary.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience in Autodesk Revit.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Understanding of BIM workflows and documentation standards.
- Ability to prepare detailed working drawings.
- Familiarity with construction methods and building materials.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
- Knowledge of Navisworks, Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, or other visualization software will be an advantage.
- Understanding of Indian building codes, NBC, and local development regulations is desirable.
Eligibility
- Diploma in Architecture or Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.).
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an architectural firm.
- Proficiency in Revit is mandatory.
