Job Title: AI Developer
Job Summary: We are seeking an innovative AI Developer with 2 to 3 years of experience to automate and optimize our fleet management operations. In this role, you will build, deploy, and maintain two critical AI assets: an Internal Fleet Management Agentic Bot (for dispatch automation, real-time reactive load-matching, and telematics monitoring) and an External Logistics Communication Bot (for automated driver support, check-ins, and instant customer tracking updates). You will engineer context-aware, autonomous AI solutions that bridge the gap between our drivers, customers, and fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Fleet Management Agentic Bot
Automate Dispatching: Design autonomous AI agents that handle complex, multi-variable dispatching workflows, matching available drivers with open loads based on Hours of Service (HOS), location, and lane preference.
Reactive Fleet Monitoring: Build event-driven AI pipelines that ingest real-time telematics (GPS, speed, weather, traffic) to instantly flag route deviations, detention delays, or maintenance triggers.
Intelligent Document Extraction: Implement vision-based LLM workflows to parse, validate, and extract structured data from Bills of Lading (BOL), rate confirmations, and fuel receipts.
2. External Driver & Customer Communication Bot
Driver Lifecycle Support: Build conversational text and voice bots (via SMS, WhatsApp, or mobile apps) to handle automated driver check-ins, status changes, and breakdown reporting.
Customer Self-Service Tracking: Develop secure, customer-facing interfaces that allow clients to interactively query real-time freight status, delivery ETAs, and historical transit data.
Context-Aware RAG: Deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to allow drivers to instantly query company safety policies, route manuals, or compliance guidelines on the road.
3. Integration & Optimization
Connect Logistics Tech: Securely integrate both AI systems with our Transportation Management System (TMS), Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs), and fleet telematics APIs.
System Reliability: Ensure deterministic fallbacks for tool-calling structures so the bots route exceptions to human operators when necessary.
Performance Tuning: Optimize pipelines for rapid streaming response times, minimal latency for drivers in low-connectivity areas, and efficient token consumption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2–3 years of professional software development experience, specifically focused on bot creation, event-driven/reactive AI pipelines, and agentic workflows.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Core Programming: High-level, production-grade proficiency in Python.
Agentic Frameworks: Hands-on experience building complex agent logic with frameworks.
AI & Knowledge Systems: Strong foundation in LLM manipulation, advanced Prompt Engineering, and working with Vector Databases.
Backend & Cloud: Experience developing robust REST APIs and managing databases (PostgreSQL/SQL Server).
DevOps: Routine experience with Git version control, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
Preferred Skills & Experience
Direct experience integrating AI with fleet management or telematics platforms (e.g., Samsara).
Familiarity with major Transportation Management Systems.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
