Job Summary:
The Field Sales Officer is responsible for increasing two-wheeler (bike) sales by meeting customers in the field, generating leads, conducting product promotions, and supporting showroom sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential customers, corporate offices, and local markets to generate bike sales leads
- Promote two-wheeler models, features, pricing, and offers
- Arrange and conduct test rides for interested customers
- Bring walk-in customers to the showroom
- Achieve monthly sales targets (individual & team)
- Coordinate with showroom team for booking and delivery process
- Explain finance options, EMI plans, and insurance details
- Follow up with customers for booking conversion
- Maintain daily field visit and lead reports
- Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional activities
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat and referral sales
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Sales and negotiation ability
- Basic knowledge of bikes and automobile industry
- Customer relationship management
- Ability to work under pressure and targets
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Diploma / Any Degree
- Experience: 0–3 years in sales (Automobile experience preferred) & (Freshers can also apply)
Other Requirements:
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid license
- Willing to travel extensively in the field
- Basic mobile/app usage for reporting
Performance Metrics (KPIs):
- Monthly bike sales numbers
- Lead generation per day/week
- Test rides conducted
- Conversion ratio (Lead to Sale)
- Customer satisfaction & feedback
Salary & Benefits (Example):
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives per vehicle sale

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
