We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote and sell medical equipment, hospital machinery, medical devices and healthcare products.
The candidate will be responsible for developing business with hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, diagnostic centres and other healthcare institutions. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of medical equipment sales, hospital/institutional sales, business development and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medical equipment, hospital machinery and healthcare products.
- Generate new business opportunities through hospital visits, referrals, networking and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, purchase/procurement teams and biomedical departments.
- Visit hospitals, nursing homes, clinics and diagnostic centres regularly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
- Prepare quotations and proposals and coordinate with the internal team.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations and orders.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
- Monitor competitors, market prices and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with service, installation, delivery and technical teams for smooth execution.
- Follow up for payments/collections wherever required.
- Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports and customer databases.
- Attend medical exhibitions, conferences and promotional activities as required.

Preferred Experience
Candidates with 2–5 years of experience in medical equipment, hospital machinery, medical devices, healthcare products or institutional hospital sales will be preferred.
Experience in selling products such as ICU equipment, OT equipment, diagnostic equipment, patient-care equipment, surgical equipment or other hospital machinery will be an advantage.
