Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons as per curriculum guidelines.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly.
- Maintain discipline and classroom management effectively.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and participation.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. (mandatory).
- CTET qualified (preferred).
- Strong command over English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (preferred).
