- Handling end-to-end tender management for medical equipment products.
- Searching and tracking tenders on , GeM Portal
- Preparing and submitting bids online within timelines.
- Managing product listings, catalog uploads, pricing updates, and specifications on the GeM portal.
- Coordinating with sales, technical, finance, and logistics teams for tender documentation.
- Maintaining tender databases, bid status, order tracking, and documentation records.
- Following up for purchase orders, agreements, dispatches, and payment-related documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with government procurement policies and tender requirements.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of GeM Portal operations and government tender processes.
- Experience in medical devices/equipment industry preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and documentation handling.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Understanding of technical specifications and compliance documentation.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
- 3–5 years in tender handling or government sales coordination.
