Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior HR Executive with 4–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance and payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and general HR administration. The candidate should possess good communication skills and the ability to handle employee relations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing.
- Handle statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESI, gratuity, and labour laws.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Support performance appraisal and training activities.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS on a regular basis.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments for manpower planning and HR support.
- Assist in employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in HR or any equivalent qualification.
- 4–5 years of experience in HR Generalist functions.
- Good knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESI, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in manufacturing/furniture industry will be preferred.
Compensation
- CTC: ₹5 to ₹8 Lakhs per annum (depending on experience and suitability).
