- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security.
- Experience with user access management and role-based access control within enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of SAP authorization concepts and security policies.
- Ability to analyze and resolve security-related issues in SAP landscapes.
- Familiarity with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools and processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Security.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
