About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Cluster Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the sales and marketing functions for our portfolio of luxury hospitality properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing brand visibility, developing strategic partnerships, and maximizing occupancy and guest engagement across all units.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve room revenue, banquet revenue, and overall business targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate accounts, travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, and event planners.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
- Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and property visits to generate business.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements with clients and business partners.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Marketing & Brand Management :
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and market positioning.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, website promotions, online travel agencies (OTAs), and content marketing.
- Coordinate with external agencies for branding, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Develop promotional packages, seasonal offers, and revenue-generating campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand standards and communication across all properties.
Revenue Generation :
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and Operations teams to optimize pricing strategies and occupancy levels.
- Analyze sales reports, market intelligence, and performance metrics to improve business results.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts, budgets, and business development plans.
Team Leadership :
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team.
- Establish sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and guest-centric service.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Hotel Sales & Marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality sales, corporate sales, MICE, leisure, and OTA business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
- Willingness to travel frequently between properties and key market locations.
