CS - Legal & Compliance
At Plan B Consultancy, we work with founders across India and global markets to build businesses that are structured, scalable, and investor ready. We’re looking for someone who can lead that backbone. We are hiring a Head – Legal & Compliance to own and build the firm’s legal, secretarial, and regulatory compliance function from the ground up.
What This Role Looks Like

You won’t just “manage compliances.”

You’ll build systems that ensure nothing slips.
You’ll work directly with founders, investors, banks, and leadership teams across:

ROC & MCA compliances
-
FEMA/RBI filings
-
Entity incorporations
-
Legal drafting & transaction documentation
-
Cross-border compliance coordination
-
Internal SOPs, trackers, and quality systems
This role is for someone who:

Treats statutory deadlines as non-negotiable

Can independently run complex filings and documentation
-
Has strong drafting and client-facing capability
-
Can build processes, teams, and accountability structures
-
Thinks like an owner, not an executor
You’ll Be Handling:
-
AOC-4, MGT-7, DPT-3, DIR filings, charge filings, adjudications, strike-offs, incorporations, etc.

FEMA/RBI filings including FC-GPR, FC-TRS, ODI, ECB, FLA
-
SHA, SSA, ESOPs, NDAs, employment contracts, founder agreements, commercial contracts
-
India + international setup coordination
-
Compliance MIS, escalation systems, and execution workflows
Ideal Background
-
ACS/FCS qualified CS or strong Inter-CS professional
-
2-3 years of hands-on experience

Experience with CA/CS firms, consulting firms, or fast-paced compliance environments

Strong drafting + execution skills
-
Comfortable working directly with founders and CXOs
