Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: Min 5 years.

Location: Egmore, Chennai.
Key Responsibility:
- Lead and manage the overall HR function including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives
- Manage performance appraisal processes and career development frameworks
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management
- Lead HR analytics and reporting for data-driven decision-making
- Mentor and guide the HR team.
