Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the cluster to achieve business objectives, including sales, revenue growth, and market share expansion.
- Oversee the performance of all branches/units within the cluster, ensuring the attainment of financial targets, operational efficiency, and service quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of branch managers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and service enhancement.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements across all cluster operations.
- Manage the cluster's P&L, optimize resource allocation, and control expenses to maximize profitability.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement effective risk management practices to safeguard assets and maintain operational integrity.
- Collaborate with various internal departments, including HR, Marketing, Operations, and Credit, to ensure seamless execution of strategies and initiatives.
