Years of Experience: 7+ years of cloud experience with designing, maintaining, and administrating production environment of large applications.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Job Description:
- Lead all aspects of technology infrastructure engineering, operations, and management of on-prem and cloud-based production systems to ensure availability, performance, and scalability.
- Manage, innovate, and create new processes, automation, information security and tooling that continuously improve our product and services' availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency.
- DevOps Engineer in a team of highly skilled Cloud Administrators and Developers.
- Play a critical role in a team to design, implement, and deploy Cloud based enterprise solutions.
- Implement automation in SDLC wherever possible to improve the time to market and reduce chances of error.
- Administer and oversee the automation and take corrective actions to improve systems and prevent repeat of same issues.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills by mentoring, coaching, and giving timely, accurate feedback to employees for development purposes.
- Effectively communicate with all levels of management and across all functional areas regarding applicable IT priorities and project statuses.
- Design and build flexible distributed resources and tasks scheduling framework to meet various needs.
Required Skill Set and Experience:
- 7+ years of cloud experience with designing, maintaining, and administrating production environment of large applications.
- Experience with implementing complex deployment using AWS CloudFormation, Chef, Puppet, Ansible etc.
- Understanding of application architectures like Monolithic, Services Oriented, Microservices, Event based etc.
- Understanding of technology stacks/frameworks like LAMP, LEMP, MEAN, Django, .NET and .NET core etc.
- Experience in creating application architectures and Scope of Work documents for technical deployments.
- Clear understanding of IT infrastructure components like Hypervisors, Virtual network environments, software defined networking concepts, serverless and containerized application environments.
- Prior experience of customer interactions for technical requirement gathering and use case mapping with services offered by AWS.

- Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
- Good documentation skills
- Should have a great customer handling skill.
