Position Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting and compliance operations independently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling accounts for service-based companies and possess strong knowledge of GST filing, TDS compliance, reconciliations, and financial record management.
This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of accounting processes, ensure timely statutory compliance, and maintain accurate financial records in a fast-paced business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Manage GST filings, TDS deductions, returns, and compliance activities within timelines.
- Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny regularly.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, payment records, expense statements, and financial documentation.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and coordinate with vendors or internal stakeholders for payment tracking.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting, MIS preparation, and data compilation for management review.
- Coordinate with CA/auditors during audits and financial closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and organized financial records for operational efficiency.
- Support process improvements and streamline accounting workflows wherever possible.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfort with Microsoft Excel and handling large datasets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently.
- A self-motivated, problem-solving attitude with a passion for eCommerce.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
