Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to promote our coaching programs through school visits and local outreach activities. The role involves building relationships with schools, generating student leads, and supporting admissions growth.
This is a field + counseling role requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
School Outreach & Partnerships
- Visit schools and establish relationships with principals, teachers, and coordinators
- Introduce coaching programs and conduct presentations or awareness sessions
- Arrange permission for seminars, workshops, and demo classes
- Coordinate with schools for student engagement activities
Lead Generation & Admissions
- Generate student leads through school interactions and referrals
- Collect and maintain student contact details for follow-ups
- Convert inquiries into admissions through counseling and follow-ups
Counseling & Communication
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, fees, and benefits
- Conduct one-to-one or group counseling sessions when required
- Handle queries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
Basic BDE Activities
- Maintain daily visit reports and lead tracking sheets
- Follow up consistently with potential students
- Support marketing activities like pamphlet distribution and campaigns
- Work towards monthly admission targets
Required Skills:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in meeting school authorities and parents
- Ability to travel for school visits
- Basic sales and negotiation skills
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
Qualifications:
- Any degree (preferred)
- 0–3 years experience in sales, marketing, or education field
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
