Jaipur Global Services Pvt. Ltd. (JGS) is a fast-growing e-commerce solutions company managing multiple brand accounts across Amazon and Flipkart. We operate in a high-pace environment where performance, accountability, and ownership are non-negotiable.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven E-commerce Manager to oversee end-to-end account management across Amazon and Flipkart. You will lead a team, manage client relationships, and be directly responsible for account health, sales performance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- End-to-end management of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub accounts
- Monitor and maintain account health — policy compliance, ODR, late shipment rate, cancellation rate, and all performance metrics
- Handle escalations, case management, and communication with Amazon/Flipkart support
- Manage FBA/FBF shipments, inventory planning, and inbound logistics coordination
- Oversee advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and coordinate with the ads team
Catalogue & Listings
- Guide the cataloguing team on correct listing creation, content optimization, image compliance, and category-specific requirements
- Ensure listings are SEO-optimized, buy-box ready, and compliant with platform guidelines
- Identify and resolve listing suppression, stranded inventory, and catalogue errors
Team Handling
- Lead and manage a team of account executives, catalogue associates, and support staff
- Assign tasks, set daily/weekly targets, review performance, and provide on-ground training
- Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team
Client Handling
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Provide regular performance updates, MIS reports, and strategic recommendations
- Handle client escalations professionally and ensure high retention and satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Amazon and Flipkart account management
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub — every module
- Solid understanding of account health metrics and remediation processes
- Experience managing shipments — FBA, self-ship, and courier integrations
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams
- Client-facing experience with strong communication skills
- Target-driven, pressure-resistant, and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience with Amazon Global / .com marketplaces (US, UK, UAE, etc.) is a strong plus
- Immediate joiners strongly preferred

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
