Job Title: Business Development Associate
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Associate to drive growth and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients
- Deliver effective product demos and presentations
- Manage the end-to-end sales/demo process
- Initiate and streamline processes, including creating systems and documentation for demos
- Maintain client relationships and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good demo delivery skills
- Understanding of process setup and documentation
- Experience in HR software sales will be a plus
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
