CI/CD & Releases: Deploy product updates, fixes, and configuration changes across environments with confidence.
Production Reliability: Monitor systems, identify production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes.
Automation First: Build tools and scripts to automate deployments, monitoring, visualization, and operational workflows.
Infrastructure Setup: Build, manage, and scale development and production infrastructure.
Integration Ownership: Implement and maintain integrations required by customers and internal teams.
L2 Support: Provide Level-2 technical support for production systems and resolve complex issues.
Security & Stability: Ensure systems are secure, resilient, and compliant with cybersecurity best practices.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA, product, and operations to ensure smooth releases.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve development, release, and incident-response processes.
Global Collaboration: Coordinate with distributed teams and adapt tools or systems used across regions.
2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release management, and production monitoring.
Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
Experience with automation, scripting, and system troubleshooting.
Familiarity with DevOps & Agile principles.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Collaborative team player who communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Passion for learning and experimenting with new DevOps tools and technologies.
