Required Technical Skills (तकनीकी कौशल की आवश्यकता)
- Conventional Lathe Machine (लेथ मशीन): Turning, facing, threading, and taper turning operations.
- Milling Machine (मिलिंग मशीन): Gear cutting, slotting, and surface milling.
- Shaper & Slotter Machines (शेपर और स्लॉटर): Keyway cutting and profile shaping.
- Drilling & Boring Machines (ड्रिलिंग और बोरिंग): Precision drilling and reaming.
- Grinding Machines (ग्राइंडिंग मशीन): Surface grinding and cylindrical grinding. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical mechanical drawings.
- Precision Measurement: Expertise in using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Gauges.
- Work Allocation: Daily target setting and job distribution to operators.
- Quality Control: Checking finished parts to ensure they match exact tolerances.
- Tooling Knowledge: Selecting right cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for different metals (MS, SS, Aluminium, Cast Iron).
- Troubleshooting: Quick fixing of mechanical issues during machine operations. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
