- Travel Coordination: Book flights, hotels, and ground transportation, while preparing detailed itineraries.
- Communications: Screen phone calls, manage emails, and draft correspondence or memos on behalf of the employer.
- Administrative Support: Create presentations, compile expense reports, and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Errands & Personal Tasks: Handle personal scheduling, coordinate household services, and run general local errands.
