What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor the B2B sales team
- Manage retailer, wholesaler & dermat client relationships
- Monitor call quality, conversions & team performance
- Drive sales growth and regional expansion strategies
- Collaborate with marketing & operations teams
Requirements:
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience with team handling exposure
- Retail, wholesale, pharma, skincare, cosmetics or FMCG background preferred
- Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM, MS Excel & reporting tools
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
