Position Details
Job Title: HR Intern (Fresher)
Location: Jaipur (On-site)
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: INR 7,000 per month (Net Take-Home)
Internship Overview
This internship offers practical exposure to HR operations, recruitment processes, employee coordination, and documentation. Candidates will work closely with the HR team and gain real-time industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Manage and update employee attendance in HRMS
- Support employee engagement and HR-related activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Logical thinking and presence of mind
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team environment
Post Internship Opportunity (PPO)
Based on performance, dedication, and overall evaluation during the internship period, candidates may be offered a full-time opportunity with the organization.
Full-Time Employment Details
- Salary: INR 10,000 per month (First Year)
Commitment Period
The role requires a total commitment of 18 months, including:
- 6 Months Internship/Training
- 12 Months Full-Time Employment
