The Quality Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems and processes across all departments within Manipal Hospitals. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the quality improvement program by establishing quality metrics and performance dashboards.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

- Collaborate with departmental heads to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Provide support in preparing for accreditation surveys and inspections.
