Job Description :
A Placement Officer cum Personality Development Officer wears two incredibly important hats: they build the corporate bridges to get students hired, and they shape the students into professionals who can actually excel in those roles.
Training & Personality Development
- Soft Skills & Grooming: Conducting workshops on body language, professional attire, corporate etiquette, and emotional intelligence.
- Communication Skills: Training students in public speaking, active listening, group discussions, and email etiquette.
- Employability Prep: Leading resume-building workshops, organizing mock interviews (both technical and HR), and teaching aptitude/logical reasoning strategies.
- Confidence & Mindset: Providing one-on-one counseling to help students overcome stage fright, interview anxiety, or communication gaps.
- Industrial Networking: Building and maintaining relationships with HR managers, talent acquisition teams, and industry leaders.
- Campus Drives: Organizing on-campus, off-campus, and pool placement drives.
- Market Intelligence: Tracking industry trends to understand which skills are currently in demand, then feeding that data back to the training team.
- Database Management: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of student profiles, academic performance, and placement status.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
