Team and task management
- Lead and supervise the welding team, assigning daily tasks and monitoring productivity.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Manage resources, including materials and equipment, to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Quality and safety
- Ensure all welding activities comply with safety standards, regulations, and project specifications.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and inspections of welding work.
- Enforce safety rules and protocols, and report any hazards or incidents.
- Interpret complex drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide the team.
