Major Purpose of the JOB: Responsible for the overall business operations for the assigned territories. As the single point of contact for our distributors and customers, focus on extensive strategic alignment and driving business efficiency through supply chain integration and innovation. Regular communication—via email, teleconference, TEAMS Call — ensures robust supply reviews, master synchronization of orders, demand planning and supply planning. Order Management: Validating new orders against agreement terms, sending partner acknowledgments, and managing order entry through SCM team and delivery planning. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborating with technical and regulatory teams to verify artworks and packaging, and working closely with internal teams to ensure product launch milestones are met. Supply Chain Monitoring: Overseeing the entire process from raw material availability and production planning to finished goods dispatch and shipping documentation to ensure a steady cash flow. Issue Resolution: Identifying and resolving potential supply issues proactively with the plant team to maintain seamless operations. Strategic Support: Assisting the Sales and Business Development teams in aligning with annual supply budget plans and achieving targets through controlled business processes. Data & Reporting: Validating SKU master data in demand planning systems and preparing MIS/Pivot reports to track performance gaps and prioritize demand. Financial Execution: Ensuring the timely dispatch of goods and documentation to achieve monthly cash inflow targets.
