Job Summary:
The Tender Executive is responsible for preparing, coordinating, and submitting tenders, bids, and proposals in compliance with client requirements and company standards. The role involves reviewing tender documents, coordinating with internal departments, preparing techno-commercial submissions, and ensuring timely completion of all tender-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant tenders through portals, newspapers, and client websites.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and scope of work.
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams for required inputs.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
- Ensure all supporting documents, certificates, EMDs, and annexures are submitted accurately.
- Prepare cost comparison sheets and bid summaries.
- Maintain tender submission schedules and ensure timely submissions.
- Upload bids on e-tendering portals and handle online tender processes.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and prepare clarifications if required.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, results, and correspondence.
- Follow up with clients regarding tender status and updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Relevant experience in tendering, contracts, procurement, or bidding processes preferred.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of tendering and e-procurement processes.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of commercial and contractual terms.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with government and private tender portals.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, engineering, or EPC industries.
- Knowledge of GEM, CPPP, state tender portals, or other e-tendering platforms.

Working Conditions
- Office-based role with occasional travel for meetings or tender submissions.
- May require extended working hours during critical bid submission periods.
Pay: ₹9,870.46 - ₹50,000.00 per month
