- Calling candidates & setting up interviews
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Take care of the Joining Formalities, Induction, Exit Interviews, etc
- Monthly Compliances - ESIC, PT, EPF, Annual Compliances.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience in an HR role 2 - 5 years
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office;
- Excellent communication and people skills
- MBA/MSW in HR or relevant field
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
