The Store Executive is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory of raw materials, consumables, tools, and finished goods. The role ensures accurate inventory records, timely material availability, and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming materials and verify them against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans (DC), and invoices.
- Inspect received materials for quantity and visible quality before acceptance.
- Maintain proper storage of raw materials, consumables, tools, and finished goods.
- Issue materials to production against authorized Material Requisition Slips (MRS).
- Maintain stock registers and update inventory records in ERP/Excel.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for material shortages and replenishment.
- Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) wherever applicable.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, and storage of all materials.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips, and other store documents.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store area.
- Support internal and external audits by providing inventory records and documents.
- Report damaged, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory to management.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch departments for smooth material movement.
Pay: ₹10,091.08 - ₹450,000.00 per month
