Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as the highest level of technical escalation for complex Azure and GCP infrastructure issues
- Design, architect, and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and drive permanent fixes
- Own cloud infrastructure strategy including cost optimization, security posture, and governance
- Manage complex networking (VNet/VPC peering, hybrid connectivity, ExpressRoute/Interconnect)
- Drive automation initiatives using IaC tools (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Deployment Manager)
- Mentor L1/L2 engineers and review their work for quality and compliance
- Collaborate with architecture and security teams on cloud migration and modernization projects
- Manage disaster recovery, backup strategy, and business continuity planning
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards (ISO, SOC2, etc., as applicable)
- Interface with stakeholders/clients on technical decisions and escalations
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of overall IT infrastructure experience, with deep expertise in Azure (5+ years) and working knowledge of GCP
- Strong background in cloud architecture, security, and networking
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, or similar)
- Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with multi-cloud/hybrid cloud environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across compute, storage, networking, and identity management
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) / Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Google Professional Cloud Architect
- ITIL certification (preferred for support-heavy environments)
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
